TASTING TOKENS:
Attendees will purchase tastings from us in the form of wooden tokens. Each token is worth $1, and all tastings should be worth no more than 2 tokens or $2 except a single specialty product that can be priced at 3 tokens or $3. You must have clearly visible signage at your booth listing your products and how many tokens are needed to sample each one.

TOKEN COUNT:
We may periodically come by and collect tokens back and have you sign-off on the number we pick up. At the end of the event, we will provide you with a final tally of tokens and will cut a check to your business for that amount within one week of the event closing.

OTHER SALES:
Payments for anything other than samples (such as sealed bottles, cases, or merchandise)
should be handled by you.

 

 

OLCC Permits

All alcohol-related exhibitors MUST fill out an OLCC Special Event Permit. Please use our provided and
pre-filled OLCC forms.

Return completed OLCC forms and a check payable to OLCC to Oregon Hearth and Home Events.

We will get the forms signed by local government and will file them with OLCC along with our
Master Alcohol Plan.

 

 

Insurance

All vendors are required to have a $1,000,000 certificate of liability insurance with Oregon Hearth and Home Events/Corkscrews and Brews named as an additional insured entity.
